  2. Welcome to Across The Wire Magazine by T&J Software

  4. Main Menu Command:
  5. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
  6. Once you reach the main menu (showing the first several articles) you
  7. will have the following options:
  8.  
  9. [Q]uit the door.
  10.  
  11. [##] Enter Article number to read.
  12.  
  13.         Simply enter the article number you want to read. While viewing
  14.         the article, you can page forward and page backward.
  15.  
  16. [S]earch for Keyword.
  17.  
  18.         Allows you to do a global keyword search (20 characters maximum).
  19.         You will be prompted to enter the keyword, the starting article
  20.         number (or ENTER for the first article), the ending article
  21.         number (or ENTER for the last article), and then [H]its per
  22.         Article or [A]rticles matched.
  23.  
  24.         You will also be prompted if you would like to only match
  25.         the single word only.
  26.  
  27.         EXAMPLE: Searching for the CAR
  28.  
  29.         osCAR would show up as a hit unless you specified only
  30.         match the whole word.
  31.  
  32.         [H]its per article will show a flashing asterisk to the
  33.         left of each article where a match was found and will also
  34.         display how many times the word was matched.
  35.  
  36.         [A]rticles matched will only display a flashing asterisk.
  37.  
  38. [H]elp will display this document.
  39.  
  40. [ENTER] for the next set of articles to read.
  41.  
  42. [P]revious menu.
  43.  
  44. [C]lear marked range will remove the flashing asterisks and/or the
  45. matched number of articles.
  46.  
  47. [J]ump to the beginning of the article menu.

  49. [L]eave a Letter to the Editors. As long as the sysop uploads the
  50. LOG files to T&J Software, your comments will be answered in a future
  51. issue! Leave up to 10 lines of text.
